By accessing or using Taxmistry AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

2. Use License

Subscription to Taxmistry AI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the AI-generated research reports for your professional tax practice. You may not:

Resell the AI service as your own sub-product.
Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the Taxmistry AI engine.
Share your login credentials with unauthorized third parties.

3. AI Output Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: PROFESSIONAL VERIFICATION REQUIRED

Taxmistry AI provides analytical research support based on available IRC/IRS data. However, AI can make mistakes. All outputs must be reviewed and verified before being used in formal filings or client advice. Taxmistry AI is not a substitute for professional legal or tax advice.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Fees for our Professional plan are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds will be provided for partial months of service, but you will retain access until the end of your billing cycle.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Taxmistry AI or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Taxmistry's website.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
